What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Pricing is dependent upon the Job. Time required to complete the job, requested number of images, How many people, the locations being used and any additional materials needed for job. I do also offer a referral program for future discounts on bookings!!
 

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I would like to get to know the new customer, hear their ideas, see any examples of what they would either like to create or replicate as I want to capture their feelings in the images. I am a fan of collaboration and being open with clients.
 

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have experience working with Individuals, Couples, Kids, Families, Small/Medium/Large groups of people in various events such as Birthday or Anniversary parties, and Corporate Events. I have also worked with people who requested Travel Services or Destination Photography for those who want to capture Landscapes or specific locations.

Payment methods accepted

Credit card, Cash, Personal Check*, Paypal, Apple Pay, Vinmo

Unreturned check fees will result in $45 additional fee
 

Do you charge a deposit?

We do not charge a deposit. We do charge for a retainer. Upon signature of a completed contract, the photographer reserves the time and date agreed upon, and will not make other reservations for that time and date. For this reason, the retainer is non-refundable, if event is cancelled for any reason, including, but not limited to acts of God, fire, extreme weather, break-up, and/or financial hardship. Retainer is to be paid at time of parties signing said contract. Reservation retainer is applied towards the contracted photography package upon completion of this contract. If, for any reason, client changes event date, the retainer can be transferred to new event date if photographer has the date available; otherwise there is no refund for retainer paid.
